Senior Vice President, Integrated Project Management – Healthcare

Weber Shandwick seeks an experienced Senior Vice President, Project Management Lead who will lead Client Operations on a Fortune 500 client, work closely with senior account, creative, and strategic partners as well as manage project managers across a portfolio of brands and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key business leader in managing a large portfolio identifying and leading the operations
- Build and sustain key relationships with internal teams, clients, procurement
- Manage a large-scale portfolio across North America / Globally
- Ability to seamlessly identify risk and opportunities and drive large scale operational models into action. Includes identifying risks, problem solving, mitigation planning, aligning all resources and seamless integration.
- Partner with client experience, resource management and finance to provide management leadership across a large portfolio
- Implement processes, templates, tools, and various guidelines to streamline or build operations of an account/portfolio
- Provide guidance on project management best practices, tools for effective business management
- Review SOWs to provide guidance on best practices, margin management, and partner with leadership to define and drive effective financial management forward.
- Oversee project/program delivery issues, provide insights for improvement opportunities
- Strong understanding of the production process behind digital, social, content, media and public relations campaigns
- Summarize common issues and risks experienced across regions/offices and share insights and improvement opportunities, on a regular basis
- Implement agency and client-side operational efficiencies and facilitate effective team integration
- Work across interagency teams to facilitate and lead operational best practices. Strong understanding and experience in IAT management.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of Project Management or Operations Experience preferably in media relations communications, content development, management consulting is a plus but not required
- Ability to effectively improve operations and processes at an agency and brand level to identify opportunities to increase efficiency
- Strong financial management skills (SOW development/management + burn reporting)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Health client experience preferred
- IAT project/operations management experience preferred
- Lead PM/Business Operations lead for a large account or portfolio

NYC Salary range: $160,000 – $215,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
