Finding your passion, igniting it, keeping it burning and being able to strike a balance between your passion and the rigors of your work life is not an easy task. We at Weber Shandwick recognise the link between passion, success and happiness and take pride in helping our people cultivate their passion and sustain them as well.

Learning to feed her passions in an authentic way, Gayathri tells us about her ‘balancing act’ – balancing one of the most demanding professions, Public Relations with her passion and zeal for Bharatnatyam, a dance form with origins in Southern India.

She was attracted to the dance form at an early age but lost touch with it while caught up in the rigmarole of academics and her professional life. After re-discovering her passion and its criticality for self-actualization, she got back into form and got a once in the lifetime opportunity to perform at ten temples across South India.

Initially hesitant to take up the opportunity because of upcoming client events and meetings, she embarked on her momentous journey after much coaxing from her work family and loved ones.
